What people ask before connecting.

What is Harry?

Harry is an AI agent that watches the sales in your CRM. He connects to Bitrix24 or amoCRM, keeps a current copy of your deals, leads and conversations, sends reports to Telegram on a schedule and flags what is going wrong. He also draws 37 ready-made charts from day one, which you change in words.

What reports does Harry send, and where?

12 ready-made ones: the daily summary, the morning stand-up, clients waiting for a reply, stuck deals, why deals are lost, the month in review, the rep leaderboard and more. Each arrives on its own schedule in the Telegram chat you added Harry to. Any report can be changed in words — or you can describe your own.

Which CRMs are supported?

Bitrix24, through an inbound webhook one employee creates (and, optionally, an outgoing one so the portal reports changes itself). amoCRM, through a long-lived token. Both connect by pasting one line — no developer needed.

Is there anything to set up?

No. After connecting, the first sync takes minutes. From there you pick the reports, add Harry to the team’s chat and open the ready-made charts. Anything can be adjusted — in words.

Can Harry break anything in the CRM?

No. He only reads. Writing to the portal is never used, and charts run as a database role with no permission to change anything — even when Harry wrote the query himself.

Who in the company sees the numbers?

A report is seen by the members of the chat an admin sends it to. Charts count the whole organisation, so only admins see their sums. Other employees can ask Harry about the CRM in the chat.

What is “Training”?

The next thing we are building: reading the conversations with clients to find which scripts sell best, and drilling your reps on them. It is in development — we will say when it is ready.

How much does Harry cost?

There is a free plan — no card, no time limit — and a Team plan for a sales team. What each includes and what it costs is in the Pricing section.

What happens to our data?

The CRM copy lives in a Postgres database we operate, with isolation between organisations inside the database itself. CRM access keys are encrypted and never shown back. Details are on the Privacy page; one email deletes the organisation whole, copy included.

Your competitors already use AI and are taking your share of the market, don’t fall behind.
