These terms cover your use of Harry. They are deliberately short, and they say what an assistant that manages work can and cannot be relied on for.

The agreement

By using Harry you agree to these terms. If you are using him on behalf of a company, you confirm you may accept them for that company.

What the service is

Harry is an AI assistant that records, tracks and reports on your team’s work inside a chat.

He is a language model with a database attached, and he can be wrong. Do not use him as the system of record for anything legally, financially or medically binding, and treat what he says as a report to be checked, not advice.

Your organisation

Whoever administers your organisation decides who joins it and what each person can see. You are responsible for the people you add and for the content your organisation puts into the service.

Acceptable use

While using Harry, do not:

  • use the service unlawfully, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone;
  • try to reach another organisation’s data, or any part of the system you were not given;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
  • upload content you have no right to share.

Your content

What your organisation puts into Harry stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store it, process it, and send the relevant parts to our providers so a reply can be produced.

Early access

Harry is in early access. Features can change or be withdrawn, interruptions happen, and the service is free until we say otherwise — which we will say with notice, in the chat, before anything is charged.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, or that everything Harry says is correct.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed deadlines, lost work or lost profit arising from your use of the service.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by blocking the bot, and ask for your data to be deleted at privacy@getharry.app. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or endangers the service for others.
